How it works

You will be asked to rate each of the 28 sub-categories of EQ in terms of importance to your role and to score yourself on each one.

A detailed report will provide you with a summary of your responses plus improvement suggestions for each of the most impactful categories.

For a fuller picture, you can nominate your manager, colleagues and/or direct reports to provide feedback – and an aggregate report is then produced.

How it works
