The Extraordinary Leadership Team Program

We adopt a Strategy First approach to developing extraordinary leadership teams because everything the team does and how every member of the team behaves is aimed at on thing and one thing only – delivering your strategy.

We work one-to-one with each team member to gain their individual trust and obtain their views on the strengths and weaknesses of the business, the strategy, the team, the challenges and the opportunities.

We work with the whole team to refine the strategy and to define the culture the organisation needs to succeed.

The team members use our 8 Components of an Extraordinary Leadership Team to assess the team, to define where it sits on The Spectrum of Leadership Teams and to develop a plan to enhance the way the team works.

We assess the impact of every member on the team using the GC Index and take a look at a visual map of strengths and weaknesses of the team as it stands today.

And we work with the team to execute a development plan that will transform the way they work and the results that the extraordinary team will be able to accomplish.
